Position Summary:
We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Office Manager/Receptionist to support the daily administrative operations of our busy chiropractic clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and interact professionally with patients in person and over the phone

-Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

-Accept and process various forms of payments

-Maintain accurate patient records and handle sensitive information with discretion

-Communicate with other medical offices and insurance companies regarding patient information and billing

-Assist with clinic marketing efforts, including social media content and outreach

-Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Quicken, and other software applications proficiently

-Place and track product and supply orders as needed

-Help ensure the front office runs smoothly and professionally

-Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

-Prior experience in a healthcare office or administrative setting preferred

-Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Experience with Quicken or other financial software a plus

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

-Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset

-Social media and marketing experience is a plus
